This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Vaughan to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the installation, configuration and implementation of a new corporate enterprise-wide Electronic Content Management Solution (“ECM”). 

The Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to implement Phase 3A of the City’s ECM by Q4 2022, which includes the installation, configuration and implementation of a new corporate enterprise-wide “Electronic Content Management Solution” (ECM), based on the foundational framework completed in Phases 1 and 2 of the project for up to approximately 550 users. The City wishes to obtain an overall comprehensive and integrated ECM that will cater to the needs of each department/user group over a five-year period (for full implementation), while complying with document retention standards that are imposed corporate -wide across the City. The ECM will enable users to have a digitally centralized electronic content management system for collaboration for users across the organization.
