The City of Vaughan is seeking the services of a multidisciplinary team with expertise in financial analysis, activity-based costing, and fee-based funding models to produce the City’s new cost model and fee structures for the Development Engineering, Development Planning, and Building Standards Departments. The Consulting team must have expertise in full cost recovery in the development industry.
