***Only Online Submissions will be Accepted for this RFP*** Currently the City of Vaughan has Business Analyst positions, and other analyst type roles, within the organization that vary in title. The role of the Business Analyst varies depending on the needs of the department. As the need for analysis of data grows within the City, it is imperative that a business analysis framework be rooted in the organization. The City of Vaughan is a growing municipality and the need to collect, analyze and report on data is critical to allow for evidence-based decision making. The City of Vaughan is seeking a consultant to review the current approach and provide a recommendation for a Business Analyst framework. This will include a determination of current practices and review opportunities to leverage data management, data architecture, data literacy and business intelligence to assist with business process reengineering and improve business case creation. |
