***Only Online Submissions will be Accepted for this Tender*** The scope of work under this contract includes site preparation, full-depth reclamation and expanded asphalt pavement rehabilitation on three sections of rural roads in the City of Vaughan, Kirby Road (from 200m East of Kipling Avenue to Pine Valley Drive), Pine Valley Drive (from Kirby Road to King-Vaughan Road) and King-Vaughan Road (from Kipling Avenue to Pine Valley Drive) The approaches at five at-grade railway crossings are to be resurfaced approximately 350m from either side of the tracks, totaling approximately 3.3km. The railway crossings are: Albion-Vaughan Road at CP Rail Crossing Kirby Road at CP Rail Crossing Huntington at CP Rail Crossing King-Vaughan Road at Metrolinx/GO Transit Crossing Creditstone Road at CN Rail Crossing In addition, the asphalt parking lot at the City-owned Merino Centennial Centre located at 8 Merino Road is to undergo rehabilitation and expansion.
