***Proposal Response Both Online Submission And Hardcopies ***

Proposals must be provided as follows: 

1) Digitally in the Bidding System by the Closing Date, and any attachments uploaded to the Bidding System should be electronically tabbed according to the defined heading, sequencing, section, and/or question, as applicable; and 

2) Four (4) hardcopies, bound and tabbed in accordance with the digital copy. 

• The hardcopies must be delivered in SEALED envelopes (with Stage 1 and Stage 2 responses being provided in separately sealed envelopes labeled according to the Stage), addressed to the Procurement Services Department, c/o Ruby Phan, Vaughan City Hall, 2141 Major Mackenzie Drive, Level 100, Vaughan, Ontario, L6A 1T1, no later than 3:00 PM on the next business day after the Closing Date.
