The City of Vaughan is soliciting Bids from manufacturers / authorized dealers for the, Lease, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Setup, Support and maintenance services, minimum acceptable specifications/feature requirements:

i.  One (1) new 36” Wide Format Scanner / Plotter / Printer.

ii. Two (2) Roll Capacity with Auto switching
iii. Colour scan to file and direct black and white colour copy and printing capabilities

iv. 100 Sheet Integrated Rear Flat Media Print Stacker
v. New Equipment to include Flat stacker/rear print tray, or Flat Integrated output stacker, and ability to hold at least   100 sheets
vi. User accessible USB port.
