The selected Proponent will work with the City, stakeholders and applicable agencies to undertake research, inventory and analysis, design development, detailed construction documents (drawings and specifications), manufacturing of new bridge, deliver and installation of new bridge. The successful Proponent is a bridge manufacturer who has as part of their team a certified structural engineer as part of their team.
