The scope of Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to all labour/operator(s) and materials for the remediation of the Infinite homes site including, capping and bringing all servicing to finished grade, the backfilling of open excavations, regrading of the site and removal and disposal of debris to environmental site. The Contractor shall be responsible for excavation, backfilling, any hauling, disposal, site restoration works, travel time, fuel, equipment set-up and locates, applicable licenses and certificates, permits, traffic control measures, marker identifying location and elevation of services.
