Description: 

The City is interested
in receiving proposals for the supply and delivery of work clothing and
hi-visibility safety apparel for employees in the Public Works Portfolio. The
City also requires  onsite measuring and
fittings of the workers.  All work wear
(excluding pants) require direct embroidering of The City logo(s) . Safety
apparel shall meet the CSA Standard Z96-15 for
High-Visibility Safety Apparel. Silver reflective striping must be present on
all safety apparel including both class 2 and 3 reflective striping for day and
night. The safety apparel will also have the embroidered logo with the
exclusion of pants.  Upon award of this
contract, the Proponent shall measure, embroider, supply and deliver requested
garments. The number of garments may increase or decrease throughout the
contract, at the City’s discretion. Proponents must bid on all parts. Bidders
must bid on each line item per section for all parts.
