The Corporation of the City of Vaughan (the “Owner” or “City”) is soliciting non-binding responses from prospective Respondents wishing to prequalify for eligibility to participate in potential second-stage competitive procurement processes for various general contracting works within City' owned facilities. 

This RFPQ does not result in any commitment by the Owner to purchase any Deliverables from any Respondent. While the Owner intends to conduct invitational second-stage competitive processes for the procurement of the Deliverables, it is under no obligation to do so and the Owner may choose not to proceed with a second-stage competitive process for the procurement of the Deliverables.
