**CHANGES COMING TO CITY OF VAUGHAN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS** 

COR Phase 4 - Effective September 1, 2023

As part of the it’s ongoing commitment to health and safety, the City of Vaughan, in consultation with the Ontario General Contractors Association, the Council of Ontario Construction Associations, Ontario Road Builders Association and Ontario Sewer and Watermain Construction Association, is introducing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) requirement as part of its construction procurement and contract management processes.
